Turk’s Lodgings Guest Policies

Our wonderful housekeepers arrive promptly at 11:00AM to clean for arriving guests so we ask that you respect these times. Earlier or later arrangements must be made in advance and will be honored when possible. Phone 866-906-8875/503-436-1809

CANCELLATION/EARLY DEPARTURE: If your reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, advance deposit will be refunded. If less than 30 days, a refund is made only for the number of days we are able to re-book. Early departures subject to same re-booking policy. All cancellations carry a $25.00 processing fee.

SMOKING: All of our units are non-smoking. There are sheltered smoking areas outside each unit. Please close doors and windows if smoking outside. Smoking in any unit will result in a $150.00 charge added to your bill for cleaning.

PETS: We accept well-behaved pets with an additional fee. We do not allow pets on bedding or furniture in any unit. Our pet policy requires that you supply your own pet’s bedding and that pets not be left unattended.

OCCUPANCY: Limited to registration agreement. If it is determined that you exceed this limit, we will assist you in finding additional accommodations. If none are available, a fee of $25 per person will be added to your bill.

PARKING: Limited to 2 vehicles and must be in designated areas.
Visiting guests or RV’s must park below our driveway in the visitor parking
area near the entrance sign.

DAMAGE: If damage is discovered upon check-in, please contact us immediately (866-906-8875 or 503-436-1809). Damage discovered after check-out (normal wear and tear excluded) is the sole financial responsibility of the guest and costs of repair/replacement will be added to your bill.

HOUSEKEEPING: Before checking out, we ask that you please tidy up, load and start the dishwasher, remove bedding, turn off lights, close and lock all doors and windows, and turn heat off. Additional fees will be charged to your credit card if excessive cleaning is required after departure.

LOST/STOLEN OR ITEMS LEFT BEHIND: Turk’s Lodgings is not responsible for the recovery costs of lost or stolen personal property. Items not claimed after 30 days will be disposed of. There is a $25.00 service charge to mail forgotten items.

RECYCLING: We support a sustainable environment and encourage guests to use designated bins for recyclables. We will take care to recycle your plastic, glass, paper, and tin. THANK YOU!
